To make additive manufacturing more sustainable, affordable, and accessible, re:3D has created Gigabot X, a 3D printer that prints from both pellets and recycled plastic regrind. This webinar will cover the benefits of pellet 3D printing over more traditional filament printing, the prototype iterations of Gigabot X, and printing material testing results. Additive manufacturing with pellets is a new field, and as re:3D develops Gigabot X to print with higher quality prints with a larger variety of materials, we hope to partner and share discoveries with other players working in the pellet printing and plastic circular economy spaces.
