Tiffany Westbay, PMP

Tiffany joined the America Makes team early in 2013 where she is currently the Operations Deputy Director and Membership Director.  As Operations Deputy Director, Tiffany works closely with the America Makes leadership team to set and implement business strategy to ensure timely execution of programmatic activities.  As Membership Director, Tiffany is responsible for the management of the America Makes membership network which is comprised of over 230 organizations across the nation.

Tiffany holds a M.S. in Government Procurement Law from the George Washington University Law School, a B.A. in Psychology from Youngstown State University, and an A.S. in Aviation Sciences from Community College of Beaver County. She is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
