COVID-19 Impacts Survey: How has AM helped you during the pandemic?

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is sponsoring a study to capture healthcare provider and special assistance community experiences in procuring items produced using 3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The survey, administered by our team at America Makes, is an effort to gather information to support the FDA study related to 3D Printing in response to COVID-19. Responses will help identify best practices to replicate and discover ways to improve coordinated U.S. Government and stakeholder efforts during future pandemics.
