The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is sponsoring a study to capture healthcare provider and special assistance community experiences in procuring items produced using 3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The survey, administered by our team at America Makes, is an effort to gather information to support the FDA study related to 3D Printing in response to COVID-19. Responses will help identify best practices to replicate and discover ways to improve coordinated U.S. Government and stakeholder efforts during future pandemics.
If you are affiliated with the healthcare provider or special assistance community and would like to participate in the survey, please email us at COVIDemail@example.com.
