The transformation is coming and we have time to identify weaknesses and develop and implement solutions. This process has already begun in commercial aerospace, but it will be seriously accelerated as the UAM market matures. The first step is to bring stakeholders from aerocomposites and autocomposites together to exchange perspectives and ideas, and identify paths forward.
