ITAR/Export Controlled Security Policy for Digital Storefront

Digital Storefront LogoAs a member of America Makes, you may be granted access to the Digital Storefront managed by the National Center for Defense Manufacturing and Machining (NCDMM).  The use of this environment is intended for the sole purpose of accessing the information that is made available to the America Makes member organizations.

At any time, there may be ITAR or Export Controlled data in the environment to which access will be limited to U.S. Citizens who are not representing a foreign entity.  Data access is primarily controlled through user name and password.  The username and password also allows NCDMM to control the flow of data to a foreign person or entity.

Your username is associated with an organization that may be marked as “Foreign” or “Domestic.”  Foreign or Domestic ownership of your organization is determined at the time of membership acceptance.  If your organization is deemed to be foreign owned, no person within your organization will be allowed to view ITAR tagged data.

Furnishing access to or otherwise transmitting ITAR or Export Controlled data in the environment to a foreign person or entity is strictly prohibited.

Failure to comply with this policy will result in the immediate cancellation of your privileges to enter the Digital Storefront.  Additionally, you will forfeit any rights and privileges to data that may be contained in the Digital Storefront and also be subject to those laws under CFR for not protecting ITAR or Export Controlled data.  NCDMM will be held harmless from any, and all actions that result from your failure to comply with this policy.

Please complete this form to receive credentials to access the Digital Storefront.

Credential processing can take up to 72 hours.

If your organization is foreign-owned then you are a representative of a foreign entity and therefore restricted from viewing ITAR data.
