Emily Young joined NCDMM in 2021 as an Education and Workforce Development Coordinator for America Makes. She supports and manages programs to bring awareness to the world of additive manufacturing through engagement and education. Prior to joining NCDMM, Emily served as the Early Childhood and Youth Director at the Jewish Community Center of Youngstown, managing operations, enrollment, business development, and more.
Emily is a proud graduate of Youngstown State University and holds a bachelor’s in business administration. As a student she was nominated as a “Who’s Who Among Students at American Universities”, as well as awarded a certificate of excellence in leadership at the Williamson College of Business Administration. She has a love for the Youngstown community and providing opportunities for students of all ages and backgrounds to learn.
